Day Two

Yesterday I started the exercise part of this journey. What's the exercise part you ask? The person that is helping me through this process has come up with an exercise program. She also is the one who is reading the 4:8 Principle with me. Over the last few years she has taught me that two is better than one (Ecclesiastes 4:9), and over the last few weeks she has showed me once again by not just coming along side me, but leading me in this area.

So yesterday I went for a run, I ran for 14 minutes and walked about 20-25. My back, abs and legs hurt right now, but it feels great at the same time :) I've been drinking a lot more water (about eight or more glasses a day). I never drank much water before, my normal daily liquid intake is usually coffee, some juices, maybe one cup of water, more coffee later on, and that's about it. So at this point, my body is getting kind of confused, haha.
